Goodbye, Dirt Devil...

Well, somehow, the dogs (probably Rodeo) got Miko's little Dirt Devil vacuum outside and chewed it up. We have no idea when or how it got out there. We noticed it up on the back porch this evening when we let the dogs inside. Miko did use the vacuum last night, so it had to happen sometime today, although PJ usually will let them out and stand right there watching them.

So, since Miko absolutely adores her little vacuum, we are going to start looking for a new one for her. We lucked out and got this one from a lady on FreeCycle, so it didn't cost us anything but time. Maybe our luck will be good again and we can find another free one, or find a real cheap one for her to keep playing with.

Here is a video of her playing with the vacuum (we have more video, but this one was readily available), then she "calls" someone on the phone (it's one of our old phones that no longer works, so she uses it as a toy). And that is how she talks on the phone! With the phone behind her head. She doesn't seem to quite get the concept of having the phone to her ear!

One wheel is completely missing...probably out in the yard covered in snow...but the light still works! Go figure!

So, anyone know where we can get a cheap kid's vacuum that Miko can play with?
