Today...

Well, today was an uneventful day. Chad worked, PJ and Miko stayed home and learned how to slide mechanisms on the toys so they make noise and/or turn on or off. Miko keeps trying to push them and they won't work like that. You could see the light bulb turn on in her head when she finally figured it out! Ha ha!

We went to the grocery store to buy a few items...it's sooo cold outside! We put Miko's thermal underwear on her to keep her warm, and we layered our clothes as well. It's crazy when we open the back door to let the dogs in or out and all you see is steam going out the door! PJ had some baby spider plants in a glass of water trying to get them to root so she can plant them and give them to her sister...they're up on the window sill...the water in the glass turned into a big old ice cube! She ran it under warm water to melt the ice, then placed the babies in room temp water. Hopefully they bounce back, but right now they looked like steamed spinach! The mama spider plant has a lot more babies ready to try to root, but it would be sad if the ones she was rooting died. Winter sucks!

Anyway, here's our picture...today, Sake wanted to join in!

G'night!
